C.J. Strike Reservoir is located in southwestern Idaho and is created by the C. J. Strike Dam. The dam and areas around the reservoir are managed by Idaho Power Company, which provides free public access. The dam is an impoundment of the Snake River and Bruneau River and is broken into three main reservoirs. Both shore and boat access are available and a variety of species exist in the reservoir including smallmouth and largemouth bass, rainbow trout, crappie, bluegill, channel catfish, and even sturgeon in the Snake River arm.
