The Spokane River is still hanging in there even after all the rain. That being said you do need to fish above Hangman Creek or fish the upper Spokane cuz Hangman after a heavy rain storm or snow melt always turns the Spokane River into shit. Levels are still fishable, while starting to get on the higher side you can find small pockets in between brush to run a nymph rig through or strip a streamer. Best combos all winter will be stonefly nymphs with a prince, hare's ear, or san juan under the bobber or streamers like the kreelex, gold finger, big birds, sparkle minnows, lead eye leeches, etc.
